K-1 VSC September Filing and still waiting for NOA2

I'm really frustated now. I know I'm not all alone here but still it's been 6.5 months and no word from VSC yet. Called several times, opened 2 service request, the only response I got.."Under Review". I'm now thinking of a writing a complaint letter to Secretary and President about how bad situation here with VSC.

Forgot to mention, fowarded issue to State Senator and Congresswoman, no word yet from either one.

Did you already sign the release papers etc and send them in? if not they cant do anything for you until that is done. Even then it will take some time to hear back from them because they have to contact USCIS and then wait for a responce.

Did sent both completed and signed Privacy forms along with required documents. Hope they get back to me soon!

I feel for you as a fellow September filer at VSC. I had two Senators (one from my state and one from my mother's) inquire on my behalf and Vermont responded that they would have no problem approving an expedite at 6 months which my senator requested and it was approved and we got our NOA2 today (1 week later)!!!! If your senator or congressmen inquired, they should have gotten some sort of a response. My only delay was that my senator communicated only by MAIL so I found out everything a few days after it happened. If one senator or congressman is not working for you, email another one and another til they at least get a response from Vermont. One senator from my state didn't even respond to my request for help. She won't be getting my vote this fall! I wish you the best of luck and hope that everyone is with their loved ones as soon as possible!

Here is fun...just called USCIS customer service center and asked to open Service request and CSR told me that VSC is still processing Sept 11, 2010 cases so my case is under normal processing time (WOW, I don't know how I manage last time, I guess late last month to open Service Request) and when I told him that I got same dates and info in first week of March he transferred me to his supervisor which again chattered same information with no help to me but to transfer me to his senior and again same BS...but this guy faced my frustration......& I'm still there where I was when I posted this topic.......WAIT!

I think I'll loose this fight against WAIT soon....& gonna write letter to Mr. President.

The president won't do anything to be honest. He won't even see the letter, just some staffer. Save your money and time :/

Six and a half months and nothing yet. It's really frustrating to see people approved for the last two days that filed after we did. Ritchel is crying a lot, I drink more and fuss. It's getting to us really bad now.

Let me clarify. I've been drinking 4 or 5 beers a night which is a lot for me. I don't fuss at her but rather fuss at other people in my life; my daughter, coworkers, etc. And I cuss people on the road when I am driving. I don't fuss at Ritchel. I am very suportive of her and try to comfort her when she cries. The whole waiting process is just geting to me right now. As well as it is getting to her.

Monday I will call and try to get something done to expidite our application.

I am so sorry if people took what I said in the earlier post the wrong way.
