Why can't the k-1 visa's be processed first come, first serve basis????

True. But it is more than most. I also have an old secret security clearance but don't think it does me much good with the process. It still depends on manpower and timing.

But on the other hand, government people don't think in terms of making money for the government. To them it's still just a job and they have to do what needs to be done when it has to be done. They are constrained by the workload and hours they are allowed to work. It's a different mindset. So I stick with my original thought of it being the luck of the draw.

Your TWIC CARD Don't Mean Anything. I have one too. It's still a process. These are Goverment Institutions that are business of making money. As a Tax-Payer you should know that. USCIS and Homeland Security are NOT Non-Profit Organizations to my knowledge.

Agreed : Yes it's a Pain. You would think that having a TWIC already would help. But, Not really. But, let us remember. If there was No Goverment Such as USCIS and Homeland Security. Where would we be. ? We have No Choice as you said: Play the Cards and hope for a FULL HAND.

1/15-16/14.. 2nd Medical exam updated
1/21/14...... k1 interview-Visa Approved

8/29/14...... Submitted AOS application
10/03/14.....Biometrics
01/07/15.....Received my EAD card

01/31/15..... I got my SSN from the mail

04/20/15......AOS Interview - Approved :star:

4/24/15 .......Got the Driving Permit Card

4/30/15 .......Green Card Received :) (Exp.4/20/17)
