I tried this and I just had my interview on Wed May 4th. When I log on it is saying I have no appointment scheduled at this time. I get that it may be too early for it to be sent which is fine, but there was a mix up somewhere and I wasn't on their appointment list (it seems it has happened to a few others as well here). Does this system think I haven't had my interview or is that normal? Should I wait a few days to be concerned? Then maybe call them?

My interviewer told me that it would be printed in 3-5 business days. They do them in bunches so don't start worrying yet. I had my interview on a Wednesday at it was printed the following Tuesday. It was sent out on Wednesday and I got it Thursday (yesterday)

Go into the CSC site where you registered for DHL and where you got your appointment......After you sign in it will show your page that has your name, appointment date (which won't show anymore) DHL location.......By your name it says "edit" click on that and a new page opens. See if your email address is in there and contact phone numbers. You can add them if they aren't. Your phone number would be the most important. The day after DHL picked up my visa in Montreal, the CSC website showed my waybill number so the email address is not so important as the phone numbers.

Well no wonder I never got any emails about my interview appointment, I never provided an email address. Thanks for this info, Jeannie.

When I signed up for everything there was a spot to input my email.

So when I scheduled an interview I got an email.

When dhl picked up my passport they emailed me. I got that email before the CSC website showed me anything.

I know alot of people who had the same thing happen to them so I assumed everyone had put their email in.

Thankyou! I went to add the email address but its already there. My hubby interviewd the same day as Saylin and hers is updated already, and also the officer who conducted the interview emailed herself yesterday and said we printed out his visa and it's in the mail for tom......that was yesterday, I was getting all excited to check DHL for around 8pm. So there is no # to call DHL? I still feel like we registered wrong lol And you know how the website says someone from DHL will call it's been well over 5 days since we registered and no one has called my hubby.

On the CSC site does it show below your personal information the DHL location? Call DOS to see if it has been printed and if so if it was picked up. Also there is your reference number in the personal information section on CSC. You can put that number in the DHL site under reference #. First thing though. Check to see if your DHL location is on that page.....Then call DOS to see if it was printed. They do them in lots, and they say 3-5 business days. My interview was April 27th and Mine was printed May 2nd...Picked up by DHL on the 4th.

The number for DHL is 1-800-CALL-DHL.

With what you posted earlier, it looks like you signed up for DHL correctly as it listed the location that you chose. Weird that the DHL site hasn't updated for you nor have you received an email yet, as we both interviewed the same day and I got an email yesterday and was able to pick up my visa today.

Hopefully you get it next week then!
