- Log into www.usvisa-info.com and check whether your/your husband's name and phone number is there.

- Check whether it shows Brampton as the pick up location.

- There should be a reference number on that page. Take that reference number and track it through www.dhl.ca. After this point, you dont need to check the website www.usvisa-info. ever again! Dont rely on them for your package status as they are very slow to update things.

- When the package has not been shipped yet, it will say nothing found for that reference number on dhl.ca. Done worry :)

- On your package's tracking page when it finally reaches Brampton and status says says "Undeliverable", call up the Brampton DHL 1-905-452 5900 and ask them if your package is ready to be picked up.

My wife's pickup location was also Brampton and I was checking/tracking the package through usvisa-info and DHL once every hour all last week after her interview on Tuesday :)

Her interview was on Tuesday and the package was picked up by DHL at Montreal Thursday evening at 7:45 PM and it was "undeliverable" Friday 7:00 AM :)

Have to agree with said instructions. The use of DHL was brand new when I got my passport but I actually got a phone call from Brampton in less then 48 hours. SO You will either get a call or she it on Dhl.ca. When you talk to dhl they will give you the waybill number to pick it up with :)

They actually show the waybill number on the DHL tracking pack even if you track by the reference number.

I just got off the phone with DOS and they said that my visa was issued. So does that mean that DHL has picked it up? There is no weigh bill number showing on the CSC site. Should I call Halifax DHL and see if they have any info on it? Do I use my passport number to ask questions to DHL? Thanks for any info....I am getting anxious!!!

Is there a reference number on the CSC site? If yes then use that number on dhl.ca for tracking by reference number

EDIT: replace XXXXXXX in the following link with your reference number --> http://www.dhl.ca/ca/wfTracking.aspx?Reference=XXXXXXX
