The blue slip stated that my fiancee had to show up on April 4 with our timeline, 10 year residency and my ex's info. However, she turned up at the Consulate yesterday at 1pm and waited until just before 5pm and they finally gave her the pink paper. We feel blessed.

She is scheduled to pick up her visa next week.

Can anyone help with what she needs when she enters the US? Obviously passport and visa but I thought there was some sealed medical info from Cho Ray. My fiancee told me that the doctor at the Consulate already opened and reviewed all the documentation and all she has left is an x-ray and some yellow paper.

Thanks again for all the past advice.

Was told by my attorney getting more immunizations in HCM could delay her arrival to the United states. I wanted her to get all her shots over there too but not after I heard that news! My private insurance picked up the cost of her shots. You have plenty of time to get her up to date on her immunizations before the AOS.

Congrats on your pink.good.gif

Thank you. Just curious, did your attorney say why getting more immunizations in HCM could cause a delay in her arrival to the US?

You have to wait certain amount of. time in between shots. I'd say this is true, I immunized her kids febuary 28 over here in the states and they have to wait till April 28 to finish the shots. Immunization shot are not expensive to my knowledge. A VNA(Visiting Nurse Association) will do it rather cheap. Good luck. Depending on her age she may need only a few more. PM me and I will tell you exactly which ones she needs. Good luck

Thats only the case if she stays there to get the second or third round when needed.. if additional rounds of a vaccine are needed, then its not worth the time to stay there and get the vaccinations... can have the second or third rounds here...
