Hi guys,

Where can I see that 125% poverty line for different house hold sizes. I could not find it or may be I am searching incorrectly. Please help me.

I want to apply for my bother and his family so do I have to submit that form with the I-130 or later. One more thing please Do I have to deposit fee for every person I am applying for in I-130 or later for my brother's family. I am all confused. Need your help. I would much appreciate all your help.

Are you a USC? because only US Citizens can petition for siblings.

If so, you won't need to file that form in a long time. petition for siblings take more than 10 years. for now it's only the i130, just pay for that form, you will write the names for his wife and children on the same form. there's a section on the i130 for that.

So let me clear myself here what I need.

1-My birth certificate.

2-My brother's birth certificate.

3-My marriage certificate.

4 and 5 no.

I'm not sure if you need your marriage license.

And one more Thing please, Do I need to attach copies of his wife and kid's (3 of em) birth certificates or not?.

I do not want to miss anything because I know it takes for ever. Thats why I do not want to make any mistake in the beginning.

you do not need to attach any documents for brother's wife and kids.

the only thing while you will be filing I 130, it will ask about your brothers wife and kids.

so make sure you list his wife's and all kids NAME , DATE OF BIRTH, PLACE OF BIRTH all that information they ask for.
