case completed or final review completed?

usually - NVC schedules interviews during some week in the month (first or second, I've forgotten already)

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hold on... I thought that the embassy scheduled the interview after they got the docs from NVC. Am I wrong?

NOW WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN case completing and final review completing?

ok you - two timeticks that are important -

Case complete - NVC has all documents from USCitizen and beneficiary, not need any further documents. Once you have 'cc' - the casefile is lobbed into the 'Final Review' queue.

Final Review Complete - NVC has reviewed all of the contents of the documents gathered up during intake at NVC, and blessed them for completeness. Once finished, the casefile is lobbed over into the 'appointment scheduling' queue.

Good Luck !

I called the nvc again ,,,and yeeeepiiii they said my case is completed and they will appoint an interview date on 1st of april.... guys any comments . are they appointing days to the coming month .?

Deer Maria:

You say your PD is April 2009 and according to your profile you are in F2A category. We all know by now about the retrogression thing and all that … So the way I see it you still have some time to wait (years I would say), It doesn´t matter if your case is completed at NVC, the fact that there are no visas available is what matters. What I don´t understand is why NVC would say to you that they would appoint an interview for April 2011 … sorry to break the bad news to you… hope I´m wrong, but I doubt it!

even i was confused listening to all the information other people gave me. well maybe its because of my country. my country is not an oversubscribed country. well guys i think once your case becomes current they start processing it. if they hault it according to the visa bulleting then we cannot just imagine a date for the case to be completed  because once a month the visa bulleting changes. so how could they end up a particular case if they wait for it to become current again. have faith :)
