on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 - I received my case update as follow:

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Your Case Status: Decision

On February 22, 2011, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 15 days of February 22, 2011, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.

and on Saturday, February 26, 2011 - I received my case update as follow:

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Your Case Status: Initial Review

On February 10, 2011, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

If you have not received it within 30 days of March 7, 2011, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while your case is pending, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

It sounds like to me that your case was under further admin processing and then forwarded back to CSC and as of now is approved and you will be receiving GC soon.:thumbs: Congrats

i think that the person working on your case wanted to update it's status on the system and by accident denied it, then tried to fix it up. So changed it... You should definitely give them a call and ask about the status and all that!

No i did not but I sent an email to I-130Inquiries.Tsc@dhs.gov
