I am IR-1 here in USA now and almost 1 year..I just like to ask if when is the best time to get my parents here in USA and what process? I like to ask if my husband can petition my parents or me(become a us citizen first) in able to petition my parents..

pls need some advice...

You can petition for them after obtaining citizenship. Your husband cannot petition for them.

No your husband cannot petition for your parents

You can only petition for parents when you become a US Citizen - so you have to wait about 2 more years until you become eligible.
