In the spirit of phrase translation, the OP's post said: "Neener Neener"

 New one on me, but a good one.

(Today we'll address the slang interjection "neener neener," which is an expression that most Americans aged 40 or under are probably familiar with. Following is a typical example of usage:

I can see your point, but I still think you're full of it. Neener neener! )

actually neener neener would indicate that they are somehow in a better position than you are as in: "neener neener, don't you wish you had what I have"

To the OP: My fiancee already arrived and is now my wife -- neener neener!

My guess is that some jackarse immigration lawyer posts his clients here to make VJ seem irrelevant. I've been suspicious of the few NOA2 announcements by newbies with short timelines for awhile. It could be subversive advertisement for using an immigration lawyer.

You're old, neener neener.

I’m so sorry for all of you that have had to endure additional time and stress because you were not allowed to hear how I handled my petition.

Today I received my NOA2, my Petition was approved. I filed in May, with the old form, and I never received an IMBRA related RFE.

I did include in my Petition extra documentation, and I wrote on this forum what I did, and why. However, it seems others do not want to hear something that is “different” from their own narrow way of thinking, and saw fit to delete everything I wrote.

Once, again, I do feel for you, but as for me and my family, we are going to celebrate, as we are approved and are now only waiting on Moscow!

I wish I could say thank you to this forum, but I can’t, it has not been helpful.

I wish the rest of you, God Speed, and please, hang in there, eventually you will get results.

If this is legit, hmm, anyone feel bad if at the embassy they go 'hey, this is missing imbra form. Since we dont do that here, we'll send it back to the states for admin review to make sure it is complete.'

Also notice, no timeline. Joined in Jan.

Firstly, congratulations on the approval

Do I believe it? I believe that if you had a competent attorney that was up to speed on IMBRA and pre-empted what would be required by the USCIS with the implementation of IMBRA, then it is very believebale and probable that you would then not of been issued an RFE. I also believe that there is not always only one right way of doing things. This has been borne out by others experiences covering many things. Isabel comes to mind straight up as another example when her CR-1 case file was transferred from NVC to the consulate before case complete, to be handled by the consulate itself. Is that normal procedure....no. Is it within the realms of authority to do so.....yes.

Im not sure why your posts had been deleted explaining how your lawyer handled your petition, I can only assume that admin received many reports and you were deemed a troll and the thread got out of hand and ugly. I am sorry if that was the case just because you had a different experience in regards to filing and IMBRA. However I have to agree that a 'neener neener' is childish somewhat and is going to be open to ridicule and damage your credibility further. I do wish you all the best for the remainder of your journey. We are all meant to be here to help each other on our journeys and share experiences.....and yes it is a shame when a member has an experience outside of the norm, that it is looked on by many with suspicion and therefore that experience is lost.

To all members that know of James Shortcuts, imagine where many that file for CR-1 would be if it wasnt for experiences outside of the realms of what is accepted as normal procedure.

I havent heard 'neener neener' in a while. But then again when someone pulls this little, 'lets me to make myself look good'...it is childish.......so neener neener is appropriate
