I have been sitting with this in my head for a week now. My husband and i have been married for 2 years ... He was going to come to the UK but unforssen circumstances he cant. So my 18 year old daughter and i have made a decision to go to NJ. Both of us have been there numerous times and my daughter spent 3 months there last summer.

My dilemma is we dont have any photographs together!!! That may sound strange to people, I have never really been a photographic kind of person. We have taken some photos of each other at the same places but not together. When we got married my husbands cousin took some phots as it was only a civil cermony. He has lost them (prob deleted them). I have added a letter with my I130 saying that his cousin lost them and gave his name and company address for any clarification. I had thought about just going there for a few days to take some photos but to be honest the whole VJ is taking every penny we have right now and in the near future. we have everything else i added yahoo messages, phone bills with the numbers on, phone cards, cards, a few letters etc.

You know what guys, in my head i have just been thinking it will just be my luck that i dont have the most important evidence of all and it will be INSTANT DENIAL!!!! I mean we just wernt thinking oh we must take some pictures for the immigration office :((

what do you guys think, is it just a irrational fear or should i be worried?? Its doing my head in looool

well i do not want to add to your worry, but when i went to my interview, that was the first thing the CO asked me for

i was worried because i didnt have any proof of communication between me and my husband, but that never came up the only

thing she asked for was the pictures. however everybody's case is different, so i would advise you to take all the other

evidences with you to the interview, and also try to get some pictures, but if you can't then just make sure to have

a good explanation in case the CO asked for pictures. and try not to worry too much, they would not deny you just because

you do not have any pictures.

best wishes...

I'm nore familiar with the K1 interview in London, but I think the CR1 goes about the same. If your petition is approved by USCIS, then London doesn't really look at further evidence of the relationship. No photos, emails, Skype etc,. So if your I-130 that you sent in makes it, you're probably going to be okay at the interview.
