Hello, I came across this topic about the Affidavit of Support. I filed my I-129f this Jan 2011, and I want to ask, If I previously petitioned my parents for green card and submitted an affidavit of support for them like 1 year and half ago. Is there going to be a problem if in the future I have to submit another Affidavit of Support again but this time for my fiance when we received the NOA2. Thanks so much.

It won't be a problem, however you must add your parents to your household size. For the I 134, you will need to make $22,350, which is 100% of the guideline for 4 people. When your fiancee adjusts status, you will need to make 125% of the poverty guideline, which is currently $27,937 for 4 people.

Count on Manila using the 125% standard even for the I-134.
