I filed for Ruby's visa August 27 2010, They received it August 30th. It was "touched" in December and thats the last we have heard. It is being processed at the Vermont processing center. Talked to my attorney and she called and received a reference number but was told that may take 2 to 3 weeks to get a response. I see others being approved all around us and I guess Im just curious if this is a sign of a problem. Visa Journey shows average wait time from vermont is 158 days and we have waited almost 180. Any suggestions or comments would be truly helpful. Any others in this boat?

Regards and Best wishes,

David & Ruby

Where do you think you filed? In a real service center, like the one in California? I got news for you: You filed in the infamous Vermont Disservice Center, the Never Never Land of immigration, where you never, never get your NOA2.

Do you think this crew can possibly do anything right?

Welcome to the Vermont DIsservice Center!

I'm an August 26 filier. Called today to find out what was taking so long. Was told I might hear something in another 3-4 weeks. I won't hold my breathe.

You are presently at 6 months, so that will take you out to 7 months.

There you have it folks, the new Vermont Disservice Center delay time: 7 months.
