Okay, we went through the interview today at 10:15 AM in Louisville. Tricia was interviewed first and asked a few simple questions- I did the same and the interviewer seemed satisfied.

However, we've been told that 2 things are currently outstanding from my application- an FBI name check (naturally) and a missing chickenpox innoculation. This peeved me- my doctor at the K1 medical exam failed to even ask if I'd even had chickenpox, which would have negated the need for the shot! Now we need to contact a doctor and get them to sign off on it- which will cost us yet more money...

The Varicella shot isn't even available in the UK!

Grrr...

Other than that, everything was fine! We still feel tense though, since we didn't get a 'congratulations, you've passed' or anything like that, which would have been a relief...

As you can see we will also be going through the Louisville Office when our time comes. Could you please let us know a little bit about your timeline with regards to your AOS & EAD. Pleeeeeeeease... :blush:

Sorry about the delay! Yes, we we're interviewed apart...

Also, I visited an approved medical centre last week and got the appropriate paperwork for the missing shot done- I've already contracted Chicken Pox back in 2002, so I didn't need a shot. Just $10 and a five minute wait to get the paperwork updated. A sealed copy for the office and an open one for me. Simple!

Now we just need to wait on the name check... :D
