I sent the package last Friday and got everything (including check) back today. It was rejected because: A signture is missing in one of the forms. I checked everything again, everything is signed. The forms I sent, I-130 and both the G325A, where it was asked to sign, it's signed. Was there something else was I supposed to do?

Did both of you fill out the G325a? and both of you sign your own?

On the G325a's there is a signature line, but also a box underneath that, which asks for Name, Alien No. and signature. Did you both sign that also?

I am trying to see why we got rejected though. This seems stupid. I checked everything like 5 times before mailing them off and I just checked everything about 10 times now, my dad checked everything now and is checking it for the nth time and we can't figure it out.

Do I need to fill everything back again and send? Or do I need to just send the same forms?

Did you sign the petition where it says "Signature of Petitioner" in section E or make a mistake and sign in section F?

Whoa! Each G325a is "signed" only once. The box below is a place to type or print the person's name again, not a place for a signature.

The rejection notice will say what wasn't signed. Look at the notice and make sure the missing signature is in the correct space.

Ok thanks Pushbrk, just figured it out. I printed the form a few times but my printer didn't print half of the second page of I-130 so there was never section D, E, or F. So I never realized that there were a few sections missing.

Should I re-send the same forms with the missing part or print out new forms, and send those? Because there are some marks on the forms sent back to us.

I would just reprint the incomplete page, sign it and return it with the pages they sent back.
