hi to all

can anyone help me with this problem?

- Do i need to signed the G-325A(beneficiary) to be send with I-129F of my fiancée (petitioner)? because I've been reading all the instructions and i read there about it that i don't need to do that?what's the real truth about this matter?

03/2/2011- I-129F sent via USPS to Dallas Texas Service Center

03/4/2011- delivered to USCIS (Dallas, TX Service Center)

03/10/2011 - Received e-mail notification and routed to VSC

06/23/2011 - NOA2 after 106 days from our NOA1

06/27/2011 - NOA2 hardcopy received

07/11/2011 - Case # assigned (19 days from NOA2)

08/01/2011 - Medical (PASSED)

08/16/2011 - Interview(APPROVED)

09/06/2011 - POE (ATL)

Yes you need to sign it.

There will be two G-325A forms attached to the petition

Petitioner signs their G-325A

Beneficiary signs their own G-325A

Petitioner does not sign the beneficiary's G-325A


OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Yep, also don't forget to attach the passport sized photos..I signed the back of those also (well my fiance signed his own lol)


6/2004: started dating

9/2010: engaged!

11/18/2011: NOA1

4/20/2011: NOA2

7/13/2011: Interview!-Approved!

10/29/2011: Wedding :-D

Yep, also don't forget to attach the passport sized photos..I signed the back of those also (well my fiance signed his own lol)

Do not "sign" the backs of passport photos. Clearly and legibly print the full name on the back of passport photos.

Yes you need to sign it.

No, do not sign any forms for anybody else. You sign yours and the beneficiary signs their own.

@pushbrk: thanks for the all the info's.....it helps a lot!!! me and my fiancee is been crazy asking ourselves and reading instructions if i(beneficiary) need to complete and signed that form , then i found this site which is so helpful about our k1 visa process.

We are gathering all the documents we need for the petition and hopefully it will be done this weekend and send the packet on first week of March :D so excited but a little bit nervous.... but anyways thanks to all for all the informations.

next QUESTION : how about the beneficiary address?

- can we do abbreviations on her (province or state) or let say can we do abbreviations on this form (G-325A)?

If you can't fit the beneficiary's complete address on the I-129F in section 15 of the I-129F, you'll need to refer to a separate sheet. If you can, simply enter "see I-129F section 15" where the beneficiary's address is requested. In general, abbreviations are fine on the G-325a but not for such critical information as the beneficiary's address.
