Hello all,

Im going to see my Fiancee again soon and was going to take the i-134 form to her but we just filed the i-129f Petition last month. Is it to soon before the interview to fill this out, is their a guideline somewhere? Also i found a sample form and seen section 7 (I HAVE ON DEPOSIT IN SAVINGS BANK) blank, does this need to be filled in because surely what i have on my bank will not be the same in 5 or 7 months from now come interview time? And just to be sure if my Salary is 24,000 a year i meet the requirements of 125% of the poverty level correct?

My Proposal to kristine!!! :)

I-134 must be filled out and sent to the beneficiary as close as possible to the interview. Doing it now would be too early and they would not accept your I-134 and supporting documents. The dates need to be close to the interview as possible for the evidence eg: paystubs and employer letter as well as date on the I-134.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

It is, in fact, relevant though. If your income meets the requirement, you don't need to supply any info about assets. Assets are only meant to supplement low income - they are not required unless necessary.

Last Tax Year cut off date + 300 days

or

Current Tax Year + 300 days.

it depends on the interview date, for which 'one' will be current.

Ya want the 'current' one for the interview.

Good Luck !
