Yay! Finally got my case number from the operator. And she asked for our email addresses for both beneficiary and petitioner. Now, I wonder if its a go signal to email the ds-3032 through email to NVC or should I wait until the form is generated and will be sent to me and will notify me first?? I am very excited of the process moving along.pls kindly advise.Thanks.

I suggest that ya wait to receive that 'first email' from NVC - as 'once it's sent' -

the 'open' bit on yer casefile is turned on - anything you send it will get to the casefile.

Prior to that open bit being turned on? Hard to say where yer stuff goes.

When you have a moment, please review the content in this link? -> http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/221785-ds-3032-slowdown/page__view__findpost__p__3560467

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I got the DS-3032 & I-864 Bill emails from NVC on the next business day after I updated my email with them over the phone. Then the next day I emailed the DS-3032. So I'd say you should just wait until they send it to you.
