Hello everyone who reads this post:)

Quick question. I would appreciate if someone can help out!

Dilemma:I live in Saudi Arabia. I am filing for my wife's petition. I am sending my I-130 package off via Fed Ex to:

USCIS

Attn: I-130

131 South Dearborn 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603

Problem: No body is home at my house to take my mail, so i wont know the progress of the i-130 petition. I wont have any idea what correspondance is being sent home while I am sitting here in Saudi.

Solution: Can I send a letter along with the i-130 package explaining my situation and request any correspondance be sent to my brother's Chicago address. Or should i fill out a i-865 Sponsor's Change of address and input my brother's Chicago address?

If you guys have come across this or have knowledge of what I can do. I would appreciate your valuable input on this matter. Thank you guys once again and good luck!!!!

*** not a K-3 visa topic - moving to IR-1/CR-1 forum, for now ***

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I think it would be better to fill out a form for your brother's address, the letter wouldn't be reliable. however the form may take a little longer, but at least you're sure you'll get it.
