They sent you supplement A?

You are not required to fill out supplement A (this form really confused me and I went through it with a fine tooth comb eventually).

They may have sent it to you because they think you entered without inspection.

You need to prove to them that you DID enter with inspection. You need to provide a copy of your visa and a copy of your I-94 form. Once you do that, the supplement A will be completely irrelevant. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

the I485A is only for those filing under the 245i law, before April 30th, 2001. the i485A costs $1000, it's the fine under the 245i law.

why did you file for that form? who is filing for you?
