January 2011, Immigrant Visa Filers (IR-1/CR-1)

Timeline

Filed On Jan 19th.. got the first NOA on 23rd.. just decided to keep up with other people filed on Jan... any idea what would be the processing time... lets keep our finger crossed and hope they are able to process in two to three months...

Someone filed in January and already was approved.. This I find hard to believe

it suppose to take 5 months from USCIS

Unless expedited I don't see how possible

Op did not say they got approved read the post they got NOA1 look at their time line.

You just have to wait hey like all of us did when doing fiance petition, Waiting is 5-6 months.

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month

12-27-2012: CHECK CASHED

12-28-2012: NOA RECEIVED

01-08-2013: BIO-METRIC COMPLETED

01-14-2013: INTERVIEW IN LINE FOR SCHEDULED

04-10-2013: INTERVIEW SCHEDULE AT 7:30 AM, TAMPA OFFICE...APPROVED:)))

04-23-2013: OATH CEREMONY AT TAMPA 1 PM...FINALLY USC.....

wow, that is incredible news so hopefully rest of the January filers will get approval by February end as well. really hope so.

I'm a January filer, too. Where are the others?

12-28-2010 - sent I-130

01-02-2011 - NOA1 (I-130 receipted by USCIS)

01-10-2011 - NOA1 hard copy received

02-14-2011 - case # showed up on USCIS.gov (initial review)

05-20-2011 - NOA2 email and txt (138 days since NOA1)

06-14-2011 - nvc case number generated (25 days since NOA2)

10-05-2011 - interview

11-21-2011 - POE lax
