Your header sounds like you got RFE earlier! Is this your second RFE or the second correspondence from USCIS including your NOA1?

Weeks ago we got RFE for Certified Divorce Decree. My fiance sent it and yesterday we got email that we got another RFE. It could be they dont satisfy with what we sent or it could be another different RFE?.

Typically if what you sent for the first one is not sufficient they just deny the petition and you either start over or file an I-290 to re-open (costs more than filing a new petition but is faster)

Usually they go through your petition and send ONE RFE for everything needed. It is possible they didn't notice something you forgot to send the first time. They are NOT going to approve the petition until you have provided everything you need to. If they made a mistake and did not notice something you should have been asked to send with the first RFE, they will not deny the case for something they should have asked for in the first RFE. But it is extremely rare.

As always I suggest petitioners read the instructions carefully and ask questions before sending it in. It is a LOT faster to spend a few extra days (or even a week or two) than answering an RFE

Your signature says "RFE Reply" on Feb 1st. Yet, you say your fiance mailed the Certified Divorce Decree 'Yesterday', which would be Feb 8th. So if you got an RFE asking for a Certified Divorce Decree, and that was sent on the 8th, what did you send back on the 1st?

Which part of my word indicate 'cursing'? If you were in my shoes, you would understand why i am so upset. I do not only need tobe with my lover, but i also need his protection.
