G325 Forms Clarification

Hello everyone,

As I prepare the I-129F package, I am a bit confused over the G325A forms. How many forms must be submitted with the package? 1 or 4 each? Is the form information pertaining to me or my fiance (for whom I am submitting the paperwork)...

I have already completed the form under my name with all my information, and will sign it, but need clarification as to whether the form information is about me being a US Citizen or my overseas Fiance? IF IT is about her, do I have her Sign in and send it to me via PDF for submission with the package to USCIS?

Thank you

As far as I know...you only need 1 passport photo for the beneficiary and 1 for the petitioner.
