You should convert the message to English to maximize your potential responders.

A lawyer isn't necessary unless your case is complicated... To include things like deportation, multi marriages, filings etc.

guys, ask qu lng if cnu gumamit ng lawyer, did u fill up a form on K1 Fiance Visa/ Easy Fiance Visa Web??

hi girl..no need for lawyer in visa journey you are just wasting money if there is no problem with your case.things will be ok just follow the instruction and if you are confused post it here.we do the K1 fiance visa web..good bless to your journey.

Hi Roseles...Welcome to Visa Journey. :)

Chinook and I did not use an attorney. We used VJ because it's much less expensive.

I will try to answer your questions...if they are in English! :D (I don't speak much Tagalog)

You are always welcome to post in Tagalog when you are in the Philippines forum.

Hello, we hired an attorney to help us in processing our petition since we are new with this and we are both busy with our work. And he thinks it is better thing to do and I should say too expensive yet he said he'll be more happy if our petition will be approved. God Bless us all!!.. :)
