OK, so I am a complete idiot!! Some how, some way .. I didn't send the original G-325A for my fiance with the packet yesterday .. I must have accidentally switched it for the copy I made.

I realized this today when I saw the original still in my file .. and now I am freaking out!

Is it a big deal? What do I do!?!? I haven't even received the email saying they have my packet and are forwarding it from the Dallas lockbox since I literally just sent it yesterday ..

UGHHHHHHH!!!! :(

11/29/11 - Biometrics (rescheduled date)
11/29/11 - EAD/AP approved
12/06/11 - EAD/AP card received
06/29/12 - AOS Interview ... GC APPROVED!
08/14/12 - Card Production
08/29/12 - GC received :)

04/14/14 - NOA

When you get a hard copy of your NOA1, you should mail back the copy of it on the top of your original G-325A. Don't worry. It's not a big deal =) You still have 4-5 months to send all the necessary information if you remember that you forgot something else along the way. Always make sure to include a copy of your NOA1 so that they can match up your documents to the original package.

02/02/2011 - NOA2 text message and an email (~5 months later)

04/26/2011 - Interview! Visa APPROVED and issued! yAAAy

05/20/2011 - POE: LAX

06/03/2011 - Wedding!!

07/07/2011 - Adilet got his SSN!

07/11/2011 - Sent our AOS package (AOS & EAD)

07/13/2011 - NOA1 text message and an email

08/09/2011 - Biometrics taken

09/01/2011 - Email notification that our interview is set for October 14.

09/23/2011 - Email notification that Adilet's EAD is in production.

10/04/2011 - EAD in hands.

10/14/2011 - Interview. GC APPROVED on the spot! Yeah!

11/01/2011 - GC in hands

Probably you'll be OK anyway. If they request it, send it. Otherwise, no worries.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
