Good morning, my name is David Mariscal I have a CASE TYPE I-130 PETITON FOR ALIEN RELATIVE, my mother is the one that is doing this but we haven’t heard from this case in a long time and I would like to know how is going this petition. The case number is EAC-****, what I would like to know its what I have to do?

Firstly, you dont want to post a case number in a public forum.

Anyway, depending if mother is a US Citizen, or a Resident "Green-Card" and your age, the case will get approved, only to possibly sit at the National Visa Center for some time. If Mother is US Citizen, and you were less than 21 when petition filed, then it may process through NVC fairly quickly.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
