HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE VISA FROM US EMBASSY-MANILA?

Hi everyone, I had my interview first week of this month. All papers are okay but the consul asked one more from me - NBI Clearance (I already submit NBI clearance for my single name and married name). There's an error in my birth certificate (from NSO) but corrected it 2007 when I was in college so now they are askng for my uncorrected name. Since I have a history already, I put the uncorrected name as A.K.A and sent the clearance (together with my passport) to the embassy after 9 days.

Just wondering how long will it take for them to process it? Will it take months? Is there a way for us to find out the status of it?

if you want to know the status of your visa while waiting or kong me kulang kayo that you already submitted, better call the 3012000 ext. 5184 or 5185..call them early in the morning kase after 8am, for sure super busy na yun..

Thank you Ganda. NBI na lang ang kulang ko at naipasa ko na cia a week ago. Super worried lang talaga ako about dito. New number ba ito ng embassy?

i based that from a friend's timeline.She only lacked the divorce decree.And it was in December so maraming holidays.I dont know if its new but 2 of my friends who just had their interview used that number to inquire about the status of their visa.They will tell u if its ready for printing or when they have printed it and the date on its out to delivery.After that u can track your visa in 2GO site..

i was interviewed last jan 10 and received my visa jan 26

We filed K-1, not CR-1 but asked to pick up visa in person and did so just 2 days after interview.

Unfortunately, they don't allow this anymore. All passports are returned via courier (they changed their courier from Air21 to 2Go)

2Go said she should receive a text message and then delivered. They delivered her Visa about 7am. 2 hours later came the text that her Visa is out for delivery.

I was interviewed January 27 for K1 visa and until now I am still waiting. It's been 8 working days from my interview date and haven't received any notice from the embassy manila yet that my visa is already out for delivery. I wonder how long it may take.

@David & Beng same situation po here... just done with my interview yesterday and i was asked to go to NSO to request my CENOMAR and name affidavit... so i was intruct to follow steps how to mail the document na nirequest nila tru 2GO courier... but the guy on window 72 as me din to fill up half bond size na medyo thick...it looks like a card.. nbsa ko din na 2GO un... just put my case number, name and address with contact number... ngaun po plagay nyo po ba un yung form na courier para pag na send ko na ung kulang kong document un nman ung sa pag papadala nila ng visa ko? pero di nman nila ko siningil ng fee for delivery... plagay nyo po ba COD kya ganun?! pls help nman po

im still waiting.... and now i couldn't even log in to my first account here "whenz" i already sent my 221g April 6...now im still waiting... been waiting for this since my mom filed petitioned for me year 2005... and now 2011 i'm still waiting!!! im still hoping that they'll give me visa after holiweek

My fiancee also got interview April 6 and also NO visa deliver yet. I check the 2go website and evryday the number enter say invalid so no update. Im hoping also that after holy week they will deliver.
