So far all the replies do not appear to be correct if you are AOSing from a K1.

If you want the Chicago address for sending your AOS documents from a K1, please read the I-485 instructions, the address is in there. If you haven't seen the address you haven't read the instructions and you should do so before filing as you've probably missed something important. The address is also in the AOS thread in my signature.

This is incorrect for AOS from a K1. Your profile states you are adjusting from a K1 so I sincerely hope that you didn't send you case there... Usually they re-direct it but sometimes it can get lost in transit so send it to the correct address to avoid issues.

See here: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-485instr.pdf page 5. K1 is mentioned as letter D. Scroll to page 6 to find the correct address in the box. I don't know where you got yours from...

Incorrect. The OP is asking about the Chicago lockbox address because the OP appears to be AOSing from a K1 as they have posted in the AOS forum and their profile states K1.

I found it!

Correct! If you're sending via UPS or Fedex and require a signature then send to the street address.

If Form I-130 is being filed together with Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, submit both forms with the correct fees to the USCIS Chicago Lockbox. (See Filing Chart for address.)

You are correct. Chicago lock box.. BUT the address you provided was INCORRECT.

Please re-read the instructions here: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-485instr.pdf specifically pages 5 & 6. On page 5 it mentions K1 in part D there, and letter "A" mentions if you're filing an I-130 together with the I-485 (AOS) paperwork. Then you proceed to page 6 where the filing address for the previously mentioned categories (A and D I mentioned before) it says the filing address is this:

File at:

USCIS

P.O. Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4120

For courier/express delivery:

USCIS

Attn: FBAS

131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Yet your post stated completely different and incorrect addresses. I won't re-post it because it was wrong and I don't want people confused and thinking I was saying it's correct. The CORRECT mailing address is above where there is no mention of "I-130", the zip+4 is different, the PO Box is different. The street address is correct but the "attn" part is incorrect. Just lots wrong with the one you posted and I hope your file got where it was supposed to go okay.

**Edit - I notice your timeline makes no mention of the NOA1. i assume that means you haven't received it yet. If your file was re-directed it might never get where it's supposed to get, or it might get there okay but just take a while longer.
