I would assume K3 since she states in her post Hubby. I would also assume that the petition was sent to Chicago.

She is not yelling, She is in Vietnam, I am familiar with how computers work in other countries. Windows when installed in other regions especially Asia have keyboard mode that allows native characters to be displayed when typing. Lower case generates the native characters, but when type capitals then will display english characters.

I can tell my fiance is in that mode when chatting and sometimes she types all caps instead of switching the chinese mode off on her computer.

Sorry for the confusion. We did apply for the K1 Fiance visa. Even though I call him my hubby, we are engaged. We did celebrate our Dam Hoi ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City, on March 5, 2006. It is our marriage ceremony for all my family and friends here in Vietnam since they won't be able to see us get married in US.

Sorry for the confusion. We did apply for the K1 Fiance visa. Even though I call him my hubby, we are engaged. We did celebrate our Dam Hoi ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City, on March 5, 2006. It is our marriage ceremony for all my family and friends here in Vietnam since they won't be able to see us get married in US.

Just hang in there i am sure you will get an approval soon don't worry. I will be praying for don't worry it will be here before you know it. I wish you much success with your process!!!

3/12/2007---Interview (He Passed)!

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!

Wow, wow! Be extra careful about wedding-like ceremonies. This could lead to the consular officer thinking you've gotten married already, which would be grounds for denial. Also, calling your fiance 'hubby' is not the best thing to do for the same reasons. Be super careful, especially when submitting proof of ongoing relationship and answering questions at the interview.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
