Anbody Taken the NCLEX-RN or PN Lately????

I took my NCLEX-RN yesterday, for those who don't know what that is, it's the licensure exam to practice nursing. Anyway, i'm very anxious to know my results and just wondering if anyone has tried using the "Pearson Vue Trick" to see if they passed....ANYBODY?!?!?!?

My cousin failed the first one and then passed the second one. She got a job within a couple weeks. Not sure if she used any tricks besides old fashioned nose in book.

Oh nooo i'm not asking about tricks to pass the exam :blush: ....i'm asking if they used the trick to see if they passed. It's something you do after the exam to see if you did good on the exam or not...I get my scores tomorrow, but i just REALLY REALLY want to know now :D the suspense is killing me!!!!!!!!!! :crying:

Thanks!! Tell your sis to check out http://learningext.com/pages/home ...I took their 5wk course and it helped me alot...they are the ones who write/own the NCLEX exam, and their course is very good practice of the exam itself. It teaches you how to answer the questions and their practice exams are very similar to the NCLEX itself...wish her luck for me!!

My wife got 75 questions first time and passed last year.

Her friend took test a few weeks ago, she got 75 questions and failed.

I think I remember reading that the pass rate for an international student on NCLEX was about 70%

I took mine in July. 75 questions, I was 100% sure I had failed, I cried in the parking lot, haha. When I came home I tried to sign up again for the nclex and it wouldn't let me. (you can find instructions for the "trick" on allnurses). Anywhoo, it definitely worked for me and everyone who went to school with me, I passed!!!

No doubt, the best part about NCLEX, you can take it as many times as you want until you pass.

Wish I would of been a nurse in USA, If I had it all over to do I would of gotten my 2 year degree and became a RN at age 18 or 19.

Sorry for not updating guys......YES THE TRICK WORKS!!!!! AND I PASSED!!!! I'm soo excited i on't even know what to do with myself...Thanks for all the well wishes!!

yes it does work, if you get a pop up telling you to check with you member board of nursing then you passed, if it makes you register and pay for the exam again then you failed.

I know what you mean.....I cried when i got home also, because i was pretty sure i didn't make with 75Q, but God is faithful, he saw me through it!!

No doubt, the best part about NCLEX, you can take it as many times as you want until you pass.

Wish I would of been a nurse in USA, If I had it all over to do I would of gotten my 2 year degree and became a RN at age 18 or 19.

I know, but i didn't want to have to take it over, one because i would have been too depressed to study and two because i'd have to pay almost $300 again for it :crying: ....BUT thankfully i don't have to do that :dance:
