I would like to some research on How march visa bulletin will look like and how we can expect for any movement in F2A category!!!

There are two resources i have found in the website:

According to USCIS trendes of 2008/2009/2010, It is clear picture that USCIS has completed of processed of 2008/2009 all F2A I-130 applications. On basis of November 1, 2010 visa waiting list was established 1,36,216. Visa qoata for per year only 88000.

I think there will be NO chance for move in march either!!

It is good that USCIS keep continue process their F2A category in 5 month.

No one can predict what the Visa Bulletin will look like next month.

No one has the data that is used to determine the PDs in the Visa Bulletin.

No one knows the formula used to determine the PDs in the Visa Bulletin.

Our prediction were correct last February Visa bulletin!!!

I think it is NOT uneducated Guess if something legit posted at DOS website. In that sense you only hide your ignorance to say notorious guesses!!

Next 3 months the Current Date will be January 08. There will be one step movement afterwards which is July 08 . My notorious and freedom of guesses

You are saying that the approved petitions for 2008/9/10 are 136216. Yet the current PD is 1 jan 2008, so the waiting list you mentioned are AFTER the current PD.

Second, most of the approved petitions are from the top 2-3 counties that have their own PD i.e. mexico, india etc. Thus regardless of the size of the queue, the word wide dates may still move.

Lastly, looking at previous visa bulletins, I see that whenever there has been a regression in the F2A categorn, the PD has come back to the pre-regression within MAX 6 months. If we predict the future on just this fact, then we have to make up 2 years and 7 months in the next 4 months. So I'm going to guess that the PD will move forward by 6 months.

Futhermore, looking at the history I have never seen Big regression, followed by no change, followed by another regression. So it's safe to assume that the PD will not be going backwards AT LEAST!

Please know that I appreciate your analysis, however it is impossible for anyone to predict the PD movement. I for one, would rather think POSITIVE :-)

I believed previous VB edition didn't base on IV annual list. DOS has published first time ever Annual IV list on the website because of they had internal wrong math calculation. Even DOS already explained that into February VB.

So my dear friend atleast you could predict what will be on next month visa bulletin based on Annual IV list.

All information has been given on DOS/USCIS site...I am just explaining it. There are so many people waited for interview date even they are current PD.( like Philipines/Mexico/Domican republic ect).

Based on F2A waiting list, there are 5 counties in the TOP list and others are behind them. So there could be a hope that if you live in the country where the waiting list is not an issue, you might get your visa earlier than others?

i far as i know wen all the consulates around the world sends the statistical data to nvc then only nvc can create a platform for cut off dates. it's better to just wait for the march bulletin rather getting confused. gud luck!

Though I am already near to finish, but still I feel the pain of other who is waiting for love ones. I am waiting since July 2007. Beside my sweetheart , I m waiting to see my daughter who is 21 months now. I saw them last 11 months before when she was about to walk. I want to see how she walks, how she calls "BABA" , how she hugs, how she cries, how she laughs.....At first I want to give them warm heart melting big hug with cries. Please pray for me.

My son was born in Sep/2010..since then havent seen yet. I can feel the pain too. But i cannot hide the truth that i have to wait till become citizen no matter my pd is current or not...The only way you can beat the BD USEM by USC spouse category other than they will put you in hold any reason( NO GUARANTEE).

I think you should submit your USC certificate at interview time...GOOD LUCK!!!
