Sooo frustrated with ourselves... I was just looking over the packet of paperwork we sent a few months ago, and on my fiance's G-325A form for former addresses, I noticed there is an overlapping date.

Address 1: May 2008 - August 2008

Address 2: May 2008 - January 2010

What's the likelihood we'll get an RFE for this?

(so frustrated 'cos, I guess, at the time - we were too close to the information and had spent just SO long staring at it!!)

Thanks for any input *sigh*

I really dont think it should be a problem. I think they will see that it was a small mistake and that you arent trying to Lie to them, but I suppose there is a small chance you could be RFE'd.

doubt you would get an RFE for that. You can always call to correct it or wait till interview and mention the correction.

I had put my husbands zip code wrong by 1 number a couple of times and when I went to the interview, first thing I said was can I correct a zip code mistake on my form? The woman looked at the forms where I told her I made the mistake and it had already been corrected.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Bring an updated form to the interview so the CO can replCe it in your file.

I doubt you'd get RFE'd for this. For all USCIS knows, maybe you maintained 2 residences from May to August 2008.

Met: December 2009

Married: April 2015

Received CR-1 visa: February 2017

POE (as IR-1): April 2017

Oath ceremony: November 2020

Thanks for the input... I'll make sure that @ his interview, he has an updated form, just in case :)
