On the form G235A (biografic information) than I sent along with I130 in behalf of my husband I think I made a mistake but no sure.

on the part to listed address from last 5 years

first line I listed my husband address in Italy as his present residence(which is), and the previous residence I listed my address here in USA as his previous residence from 2008 to 2010

my husband is a seaman and his port of call is here in florida(where I live). He comes here with CD1 visa and go on board for work for 3 to 4 months. And on his vacation time he comes here as tourist(VWP with 94) and then stay here with me for 3 weeks sometimes 4/5 and the maximum he satyed was 2 months(he never oversatyed). And we have been doing this for 2 years without problem.

The USCIS will think by that information than he oversatyed or they will send me a request to explain why he lived here and what bases?

They usualy check if the applicant has overstayed in the country?

P.S. I applyed for CR1 I'm in USA he is in Italy.

Thanks a lot

It's not a problem. I'm sure they understand. The G-325A isn't used for anything except identifying information. His immigration stuff (proof of him leaving and entering) is in their files, they know what the deal was, and they have his work records. Don't worry about it.
