Im trying to Adjust my status thru my U.S Spouse

a few days ago i recieved the Initial interview appt scheduled for Feb7th,

I have not recieved my EAD yet, theres been no touches made online since 11/23,

therefore Im unable to go get a Social security number which means i cant be put on any bills,bank account or car insurance to show that we live together.

even if i get the EAD this week it takes about 2 weeks for the SSN to come in the mail after going to the SSN office.

So my questions is what kind of proof do i bring?

So far i have the following:

Alot of Pictures of My spouse and I, little vacation trips we've taken, Family events, Holiday events with Family

We had a court wedding and just had a little dinner with both parents afterward.

I have Cards from family that have both of our names inside

the only other things i can think of is any mail that comes to the house addressed to both of us?

It is understood that will not have any or very little joint things prior to AOS, unless you have been a married couple for quite some time.

AOS interview will ask a few questions, and then approve a 2 year CONDITIONAL resident card, during thes 2 years you will develop the married couple evidence and submit this when removing the conditions.

What visa are you adjusting status from?? K-1 should be able to get SSN within 75 days of entry.

Lets hope, VWP is for visiting not immigrating, they can go hard on AOS from VWP.

The OP knows this; if you read her sig she was brought here by her parents when she was 12 years old on VWP.

Lisa: We submitted affidavits with our application and they seemed to go over well (they were well-written and personal). By the time your interview comes, you will probably have a SSN and can get on your husband's bank account. You could also talk to the bank because technically you can open an account without a SSN but I also was refused without my husband's SSN (probably not enough $$ in the bank). Do you guys have a joint lease? As Dan says, however, they understand that newlyweds don't have too much evidence yet. That's why there is the ROC built-in. Best of luck to you.

-or a pet's insurance listing both of you as "parents"

-plain tickets/travel itineraries

-Netflix account
