Ignore it. It was sent late. who knows why and who cares. FWIW our son Sergey got TWO "welcome letters" for his AOS and TWO green cards. Go figure.

I wish my hard copy would get here with my RFE, before the damn thing expires and there's nothing I can do, told by USCIS that was issued 12/16, then got email and text saying was mailed 1/5/11. Still nothing in the mail...this is so screwed up...

I-751 Removal of Conditions sent - 9/7/13

NOA1 received - 9/17/13

Biometrics appointment - 10/8/13

Removal of Conditions approved - 12/16/13

Obviously, the system has many glitches. I have read many accounts from members who say they received their approvals (NOA 2) without ever having had a "touch." I received about 10 e-mails acknowledging my petition submission. So, you got yet another e-mail of your petition's approval. Maybe they want you to celebrate again? ;)

Best wishes!
