Late in the game IMO to do much about it.. Depending on the CO and the info already submitted as well as the interview.. it could be a huge or small red flag... The CO that handled our case did not like the fact that we started a relationship before the divorce... let alone that we had become engaged when we were not free to marry... We had our Dam Hoi after the divorce and after the initial petition.. it all added up to a wait....

They will likely bring up the fact that the divorce was not done when engaged again... she will need to be able to explain everything about your previous relationship and if they still have doubts, notes will likely be made and compared to results of investigations done later on.. for example a call to the ex to get her spin on your current relationship... The only form of documentation that will help is the evidence that you and your ex were not together... evidence of her living arrangements.. as well as yours.... and strong documentation of your relationship growth over a period of time... if you actually 'filed' for divorce before the Dam Hoi, then the intial filing showing that date could be of some help... there is no single right answer when it comes to this as every case is so unique
