i have problems understanding c. 22 on i130 application.

im already in the us and my wife is gonna petition me for my green card.i dont know which uscis or embassy will i put?

The I-130 form is used for people residing in all sorts of places. If a question doesn't apply to you, like embassy when you are adjusting in-country, then put "N/A". They will figure out what is going on with you, don't worry.

I assume the OP is on a non-family visa.

OP, you should be posting in the forum just below this one. Hopefully a mod will move it; I know the forums are confusing!

Moving from Family-Based AOS to AOS From Other Visa.

Go to the USCIS website :https://egov.uscis.g....office_type=LO

Enter your zip code, then click on Find my office!

This should give you the name of the city where the local USCIS office is...this is where you will be processed later on for biometrics and/or your adjustment of status (AOS) interview.

Type the name on the office on the blank space on the left in c. 22 ; type N/A on the blank space on the right (since you are already in the US).
