You are adjusting from a tourist visa, moving this to the other AOS forum..

Again, like I said in your last post: AOS interviews from visas other than K-Visa can sometimes run into additional processing for a decision.

AOS from a tourist visa circumvents all the background checks normally performed by NVC and the consulate that are done for immigrant intent visas like K-1 visas, so additional time may be needed after an interview to get results from these additional name checks.

See prior duplicate post. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/289583-please-help-interview-aos/page__p__4389174#entry4389174

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

There is nothing we can really say that you don't know. It sounds like there was some sort of problem with your case, so they are doing further review. A lot of cases are still approved if they go to further review though, so don't lose hope just yet. I think the passport annotation is just the day of your interview etc so you have proof of your current status in your passport. Is there anything that the officer seemed to focus on in your interview that was negative?

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

no he just asked a lot of questions and he was a little bit intimidating....he even said good afternoon...and at the entrance he said, this is how it is, you sit here and you sit over there, but of course together in the same room

Your case is under additional review, so you just need to give USCIS some extra time to adjudicate your case. If your marriage is legit, I wouldn't worry too much.

So what happened at the end? did you get your GC? How long did it take? I am asking you because i am in the exact same situation, was interviewed a week ago, then the official wrote exactly the same they wrote on yours after your interview.

Please stop digging up old threads, you can send a PM to ask him/her, forum will email him. A reply to a thread won't notify him/her. OP might long gone already.
