How would they answer the other questions like the one that says they are in the US as a " " with a drop down menue. There is nothing to select saying they are NOT in the US. It also asks for their present state and zip code, It only lists American States.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

Hello,

You can call them anyway and ask what to do.Do not worry for NOA2 bcz NOA2 will come to your address, but for interview packet it is important because the Embassy in Manila will send this packet to her so better call them if it is not possible do online.

Good Luck guys  Do not worry, Be happy  Everything will be great it is not big deal with address just call them.

It can't be done online. I've heard you can wait until NOA2 from some people, and one person said their lawyer told them that too. Yet I spent an hour on the phone with USCIS. They kept saying to fill out the AR-11 form. I kept trying to explain why the AR-11 form could not be filled out because my fiancee doesn't have a POE, she's still in the Philippines. He said I needed a laywer if I didn't know how to fill out the form. Then after even more explaining, they finally told me to send a letter to my local service center in Portland, Oregon, showing the address change. I did so and received a return letter from them about two weeks later, through Christmas break, that they sent the CSC the information about my fiancee's address change.

Here is another link I've found about the topic too: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/289275-change-of-address-after-noa-1/page__pid__4385195#entry4385195

Change of address only applies to your address, you cant use a AR-11 it's for use once in the USA

if she moves. Notify USCIS and ask them to update her address after your NOA-1 which should be in

about April or May you should get NOA-2 approval by than if they are not backed up than.

Good Luck
