Yes, AOS I-864 for each parent. Now, you will have to wait for the NVC number and Invoice Identification number to be assigned, before you can do anything else, it takes 2-8 weeks. You can start call

The petitions for parents are separate, though, and only one parent is listed on each petition. My guess would be multiple persons applies to the beneficiary with dependents, i.e. IR-1/2 or K-3/4. AO

Hi All,

We have a problem with my father's parent's information that is being asked on the DS-230. We don't know their birthdays and death year. It is unclear what we can get out of the statistic office in the Philippines. I already paid of the IV Invoice but just waiting for this info.

Can we just put unknown on the parent's info on DS-230 for my father? Please share any comments/suggestions. Thanks!!

That's what we did on ours as well. I think they are pretty understanding that record keeping during those periods both in the Philippines and in China was poor. We never got questioned about it.

It's actually been a month and I just gave up. None of the other family members know.

My mom's dad passed away 58 years ago! I just put a date And I told my mom what I put in case they ask for it! It is not a big deal! Just put a date and send ur package!

Oct. 1, 2012 - Mailed I-130 petitions for parents

Oct. 5, 2012 - Notice of Receipt date

Oct. 13, 2012 - Received NOA1 in the mail

Until when can I add new case in my USCIS account? I have forgotten how many days I waited till I was able to do it with that of my other cases. blush.gif I know it's only been a day since i got NOA1 in the mail. But isn't a week enough time since they received it?

Good morning: I'm filling out m I 864 and have a question.... I'm currently.not working so I have to fill out a I 864 ; my husband who is the one working. Has to fill out a I 864A.... my question is since he is in the military. How can I count his income? Do I count base plus allowances?

Airforce wife... how did you fill it out?

Well it didn't go very well the CO was rude to a point of nonsense ! She asked me for a new co-sponsor since my son is out of the US for a few months into a language course!My co-sponsor earn above the poverty line! For god sake... :crying: plus she kept saying why my son is out of the country...why...why...why..why...and I saying that still he domicile in the US he is just out for a few months!

Got the blue form 221g after 20 minutes of hell...so now is find a new co-sponsor and send some proof that my son domicile in the US!

My son already sent a email to his Congressman to look into the case so is more waiting.... :dance: :dance: I'm trying to keep cool but!

I didn't have to show anything else..they gave me all my originals back...on that blue form(221g) says that I need to call a courier service when I have the required proof of domicile and co-sponsor so they will collect and send to the Embassy and a visa package will be sent to me!

Hi Everyone!

So I filed my mom's petition on April 2012 and we received the NVC email with the ds-3032 August 9. We paid the AOS bill and mailed the ds3032 right away. We then submitted the affidavit of support, got all the checklist and submitted ALL needed forms. Everything was going fast until around September when I kept getting a checklist (3 total) that they need the ds3032. I called all 3 times and they confirmed that they have it but its not yet processed. But its been so long now and we still haven't gotten any emails and the IV fee is not invoiced yet. Is that normal? What should I do?
