Only in the US and recently Canada, I tried it on a trip to Asia last summer then I found out i couldn't watch netflix there. A little hint: if you are computer savy, there may be a way to go around it, when you log on the system do the verification based on your IP address, there are software out there to mask the IP or assign an IP to your computer even if you are overseas then It will work.

I am using a VPN now to watch BBC on iplayer, looks as if I am in England instead of Colorado. Try anchorfree.com, plenty of pay options.

When I was in the Philippines, Netflix would not work.
