Hey Dallas!

We two Houston people went past 30 days. We both called for service requests just to get them to get a move on and not forget about us. Both got letters about the same time for appointments on March 9. Liam and Sam are the other couple. We actually did a walk-in today. The place was empty, so I don't get the deal with Houston biometrics 2 months after NOA1.

Texas is slow, maybe. ;) I know when we went for our AOS biometrics the office was packed, but they've also moved that ASC, so who knows. Our 30 days is up next Wednesday, so if we don't get ours by then I will have to give them a call. Crossing my fingers every day!

Lady that did the biometrics told Benny she had to mark that he had gray hair even though there's only a few strands LOL.

There is a valley or something at the building collecting wind. It's so powerful that it nearly takes your breath away!

That was the quickest Biometrics appt ever. We got there 1/2 hour early and were in and out in 5 minutes. :)

Same with me. My appointment was on 2/28 (yesterday). Very fast. Only us, and another family before us at the office. :)

Biometrics done today 03/03/2011. A lady who attended to me was nice and friendly. Everything was done in 15 mins and she said "you will get your green card in the mail". I was like...wow!

Got this email from USCIS today:

Our records indicate that your biometrics appointment has not yet been

scheduled because of limited capacity at your local Application Support

Center (ASC).

We will schedule an appointment for you when a time becomes available at

the ASC and mail you an appointment notice. We apologize for the

inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Boo. We are Dallas office folks, for anyone in the same boat. :(
