Welcome

First they have 180 days to process your file. If yours was

trans from CSC to TSC you have to wait until 60 days to 120 days

after your first touch from TSC. They dont start your case

until it was touched, not when it was transfered. So if your

touch was Novenber 24th add 60 days to that. January 24th would

be the chance of approval up until March 24th.

Its not fair but just becasue filers were transfered dont mean

the clock starts right than. As many have been told any body who

calls USCIS will be told whos case was transfered has up to

180 to be processed. So nobody knows when exactally and what

date your I-130 will be approved.

We just have to wait until we start seeing I-130 processed and

than we can asses when our approvals will happen

Good Luck

We are in same boat, but I think these all are assumptions that it’s going to take 60 to 120 days, nobody really knows what’s really going on there. It’s better to contact senator instead of sit and wait for more 60 or 120 days. May God have Mercy On us

In another thread the very similar information was given by a lady who has a friend who processes files. It's not the first time I have read this information. I don't remember the original thread but believe it was the middle of last week when it came out.

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!

Yes IM CSC to TSC

If you read all the infomation from everybody experiences and

compile the info from the people you can place a time line for

time, date, and just what happens to all people here. Plus look

at Igor Excel spread sheet for CR-1 processes and I counted the

people who have been approved if you do your home work you can

prove and make your assements and come to a general idea whats

going on.

Read everybodys comments and all threats people wrote in each

CR-1 Processes and Procedures area. Take notes and to research

and its easy to come up with what happening with each and every

person on Visa Jounrey as memebers.

With this info you can easy make an see what happening during

all processes of every person here that uses this site.

And if you check the spread sheet you can see all the people

from CSC to TSC who sit waiting for NOA-2 approval.

Happy New Year to all.

Good Luck
