i-130, What Philippine Annulument Documents are required?

I will soon be sending in the i-130 application(iR1)for my wife who is from the Philippines. I was wondering which documents to send with it in regards to my wife's annulment. NSO Annotated Marriage Certificate, a Local Civil Copy of Annulment from the court, both, or other? I know the US usually wants very clear and readable documents and the NSO Annotated Marriage Certificate we just got has to be turned in order to read and it is annotated over a dark portion of the document so one has to look very close to read the part which states the marriage was annulled.

Anyone who has experienced this your advice would be greatly appreciated.

I scanned mine as a colored document, and made sure it was at least 300 DPI in resolution. (Higher is better.) If the image that the NSO stored is too dark, they usually have the notation Best Possible Image on it). As long as they can read it, even it it means inspecting the document up close, it should be ok.

She needs the annotated NSO Marriage Certificate, the Annulment Decision and the Certificate of Finality.

No worries there, those documents are always in English.
