Hello just for those who might wonder ? ?

Regardless.. CSC, TSC, NSC, VSC are in a holding pattern as per the November

back log of cases for I-765 and other I-821 that are protected status visa

and come pritority over everything else.

All service centers are on hold for all CR-1 and K-3 and K-1 & I 129 visa.

Since people keep sending in I-129 its causing the back up of claims.

Many people are still submitting K-3 and I-129 but they have been dead

since Feb 2010. So they been spending time to process them until they

die after processing them and they convert into the CR-1 with the I-130.

Many people dont do research and just do there own thing, thinking all is

fine and its not how they file K-3 instead of CR or IR-1 Visa's

It's not just Vj-filers its the whole country of people just doing what they want

instead of following the new law. Yes USCIS is glad to take all money and

process I-129 with K-3. But they have hurt the system since the CR-1 really

took hold. Now the back up is growing and now it hurting many people who

filed correctly. Yes there are some CR-1 and other creeping past only

because they are slam dunk processes and dont require any thing special.

But everybody now on hold and who knows for how long or when it will finish

and TSC begin there processing again. There must have been more than 5000

CSC to TSC trans and now USCIS is waiting for all the SC to be at the

same level and time schedule.

So now we all are on holding pattern until maybe next month after the holidays

I also heard they are starting from TSC November 1st date as the 5 month time frame

some of you maybe have been told who contacted the TSC or USCIS site to

wait until 180 days are past before inquiring about your case.

If nobody here or if many are not be processed or is giving any information

than it means the people answering the phone have been instructed what to say

for the whole country... and that's why no real cases have been approved.

Another week until next week will prove my case.

If there are not a mass amount of approvals next week than I beleive it holds true

my statement that after or some times next month they maybe will begin to start

processng approvals again. Until than better just relax. Nothing we can do ! ! !

It's my opinion but nobody else has done enough research to come up with any other

reason for the delays and no approvals. I welcome any suggestion.

I'M not saying this is true but do the research and see for your self. Not many any

place being processed a few here and there, but not many everywhere in the USA

being approval for NVC as of now. Maybe next month it will pick up. Let keep the faith

and it does, until than we can only just sit and think Christmas is next week.

Just wondering how did you come up with this theory? Did they actually give you information when you called or is this just a good guess?

Now I don't know this for a fact, but I noticed some information and realized why most of our visas are sadly getting shoved aside for other types of visas. Obviously if anyone was thinking this it is correct.

In Aug 2010 almost 640,000 visas were issued that's over 100,000 more than the national average on record. So who got all the visas? unfortunately not us...

A recent spike in I-765 (some not major) and I-821 (major spike) shows what the CSC workers on I-129F and I-130 have been busy doing. They took the workers away from these departments more than any other (I'm assuming after noticed no other major drops in other visas being issued) and put them to work on I-821s. Sadly if you look at this chart the spike was still going up rapidly and who knows when it might stop. By the way I-821 are temporary protective status visas.

No maybe I'm missing something obvious and I apologize if I am, but I do not know the reason for this and unfortunately no end appears in sight. Anyway I'm not here to judge I just noticed this appears to be where the visa workers are concentrating on right now and it appears, at least from August data that this depart is growing extremely fast and will need to use many workers for a long time. I do pray I'm wrong and it had a major turn around, but people do need to be protect I guess for whatever reason.

We will have to wait for TSC list for the December 15th to the 17th

out put on it out in the next few days and should be updated for us to see.

What other reason could it be.

NO CR-1 Visa are being processed out of TSC except that 3 or 4

since November 2 trans. Not many to really speak of anyway.

Check the Excel spread sheet of all NOA-1 and how many NOA-2 have been

processed in the last 50 days. : Igors Excel list of CSC to TSC trans......

I do think the transfers and slowdowns are the result of an influx of work that's been put ahead of the family based petitions but they are not on hold. It's slower but we are seeing reports of petition approvals every day.

Have you seen any I-130 approvals from TSC in last 15 days ?

I will be more than interested to learn from where do you see the reports of petetion approvals everyday, I mean TSC approvals (not regular september and october CSC files)

I firmly believe that there is a hold on I-130, atleast in TSC. TSC workers did not even look at the piles of files after 4 touches,,, which can be understod as that they simlpy do not know how to adjudicate the files, remember all 3-4 approvals from TSC still have not been transferred to NVC, that simply means they just have thrown our files to a dead corner including approved ones. And there is also a possibility that they have processed our files completely but they just need to be adjudicated and that is what TSC does not know how to do nor it does care.

It appears this happens with all types of visas from time to time. Unfortunately people just have to grin and bear it at this point.

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!

I'm not aware of approvals for cases as TSC in the last 15 days in particular but there have been reports of approvals from TSC since the transfers began. Frankly, I'm baffled by the email notifications being sent to the petitioners whose files are at TSC. They make no sense.

You make it sound as if people have just begun to do the K3 process. It is still an option and it can be used in the event that the IR1/CR1 process takes an unusally long period to process. I am one that likes options and as long as the option exist, I am going to take advantage of it.

Don't blame the K-3 process for the backlog. I don't believe the backlog is any worse than when I was waiting for my NOA2. I know I waited a full 5 months without any paperwork issues to get approval. Now I am in the NVC process and could certainly give pointers on how to shave off days in the process. For me it is now just sit back and wait for the next two months or more to get my wife an interview with the embassy.

Hopefully the NVC is happy with what I have provided them.

Thanks to Visa Journey and the NVC website, I think I have provided them with all of the needed info.

I know waiting is very hard to do but you should know that you can expect 5 months minimum at the USCIS and 3 to 4 more months to get the VISA assuming you have all of your paperwork ready in advance of the NVC requesting for it.

Good Luck.

ACCORDING TO THE MINILA EMBASSY IT STATES

""" The waiting time for an appointment date is approximately

three (3) to five (5) months from the date the case is

“documentarily qualified.” As soon as an appointment date does

become available, NVC will forward the case to Embassy Manila.

NVC will also send the petitioner and/or the authorized agent/

representative an appointment package.

First your INCORRECT..K-3 are not being processes they became DEAD February 2010 and if you file

you will just be converted to CR-1 NOT STAY A K-3. K-3 became CR-1 or didnt you know it ? ? ?

when you get and approval they are changed to a CR-1. IT's not an option and it no faster than a CR-1

in some cases in CSC it's taking longer than CR-1. The CR-1 is the standard set forth for now and the future

not the K-3, and the k-3 is not faster than the CR-1. Yes in the past it was years ago.

Next read the CSC is back log of the I-765 and I-821 beinging processed.

If anybody has contact USCIS they would and have been told to wait until the 180 days is completed before

contacting your Servive Center. Not 2 or 3 months to get and interview. YES your correct but again it depends

on EACH US EMBASSY HOW LONG YOUR BACK LOG WILL BE some places are 30 days while others are 120 to 160 days

in delay AS IS MINILA WHERE YOUR EMBASSY IS ON 1202 Roxas Blvd in Minila where the interview is.

You should have yours done by the first week of January from NVC, than there is a 2 week trans documents

to Embassy there and they send you out document packets 3 & 4 with a intervierw date for April to May 2011

If you look at your final paperwork when you have completed interview it will say CR-1 not K-3.. Good Luck ! !

There actually could be a huge spike in the workload for removing conditions right now as it's 2 years since we had the huge 1-130 backlog because of the last round of price increases.

When we applied in Oct 2007 we filed just after a large price increase which had led to a rush to get petitions in before the rise and resulted in something like double the normal number of petitions being filed.

At the time it meant a wait for over 90 days just for an NOA1 and a wait of ten months for the NOA2 - now of course a good section of those people are probably filing for removal of conditions right now.

Also they have some AOS to make around the country also.

If you been touched since being trans to TSC November 3rd

to 6th, and your in inital review good. Wait your 180 days

after your NOA-1 date than get concerned about why your not

processed than.

But until everybody understands they have by LAW 180 days.

They are trying to meet the time frame of 5 months, but

it's just not going to happen, they are to back logged.

THOUSAND OF US USC FILERS and only hundred of processors.

Have some patients and relax they will get to your claim

when they can. Give them a break everybody and relax a bit.

Next week is christmas why bore yourself and get bummed out

for nothing really. 180 days is 180 days not sooner and

if your in the system they will get to your claim.

Give them time to get them done in peace.

There again thousands of us and hundred of them. ALl good things

come in time. RIGHT ! have some PATIENTS ALITTLE.
