no,texas lockbox, youre not supposed to know who gets your case ( since they started texas lockbox ,they are supposed to be sharing cases based on the busyness of each service center ) but its pretty much still the same.just put in texas lockbox address.

My fiance live in Houston and he sent the I-129F application directly to VSC and we receive our NOA1 after 7 days! You don't need to send your application to texas!

You will not necessarily be handled by Vermont. They have changed how they are doing it. Your petition will be sent to whichever service center "needs it" at the time.

You do not have to put ANY address (except yours) on any correspondence, but you can simply address "USCIS Service Center" and "To Whom It May Concern" if you want. Be sure YOUR name and address are on anything you send them.

I agree that you should either not include a USCIS address, or if you insist on putting one on your documents include the lockbox address. Just because one person gets away with sending their documents directly to VSC does not mean yours won't be denied for doing the same thing. Hope that helps.

I'm sorry to have given a wrong answer, when we sent strategic application in the USCIS website was saying that we had to send directly to Vermont, that is why we sent there, that was in July 2010.

I did not know that in these months that instruction had changed.

I just review again and now says : Mail the I-129F Package to the USCIS

You should mail the completed form(s) to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox. Mail the package with return receipt requested / delivery confirmation. Send via USPS.

It was not my intention to give a wrong answer, I just answered according to my experience
