thnk u guys for all the reply i checked my form edition just my I485 form is the one not accepted the edition but why all my application is rejected?

and also some question on our i864 we only include w-2 for tax statement is tht be good?

This is tricky, so bear with me. There is no filing fee for the I-131 and I-765 if they are filed concurrently with an I-485. If the I-485 is not accepted (yours wasn't) then a filing fee would have been required in order for them to be able to accept the I-131 and I-765. They mentioned in your rejection notice that you sent a "single remittance", which means one check or money order. In that case, when one form is rejected then all of them have to be rejected. They couldn't separate the payment for the I-131 and I-765 and return the payment for the I-485.

Here's the kicker. If you'd written one check that included the filing fees for the I-131 and I-765 then the package would have been rejected for having the wrong fees - no fee is required for the I-131 and I-765 if they are filed with an I-485, so adding the fees to the same check would have been an overpayment. If you'd included the fees for the I-131 and I-765 on separate checks then they would have CASHED THOSE CHECKS and ACCEPTED THOSE FORMS, even though they were returning the I-485 and the check you wrote for it. They would also have ultimately denied both the I-131 and I-765 (but kept the fees) because there was no underlying I-485 that made you eligible for either AP or employment authorization.

In a nutshell - they returned the I-131 and I-765 because you didn't pay the fees for those forms separately. Trust me, that's a good thing. If you'd actually paid fees for the I-131 and I-765 on separate checks you'd have been throwing away money, and they would have been denied when the I-485 was rejected.

A W2 alone is not sufficient. You need either a copy of the entire tax return (1040, W2's, any additional schedules included with the return, maybe some 1099's) or an IRS transcript of the return.

I had the same prob - out of date I 485 - Just redo the i485 via the uscis site and send whole package back in including the rejection notice (keep a copy for yourself) and then all should be well.

They will mark every page with writing down the side. Don't worry about it just send it all back with new form :) It would do you good though to make sure all the forms are current though before sending again. Just incase...

thnks for the reply, yeah i check all my forms and now i redo it do i need to send them back the lastform tht they write?or just with the new form and the rejection notice?

thnks for the reply i dnt know why they put tht single remmitance coz i include the i131 and i765 to my aos package its say theres no additional fee or i131 and i765 i made the cheque or 1010 becoz i sent it b4 nov 23 so i made a payment for aos and biometrics for one check 1010 i follow the instruction how to write the check so i dnt understand why in my rejection notice they said tht single remmitance,

This same thing happened to one member who posted on the November filers for AOS thread, got his package returned because his AOS form was supposedly outdated although he got it from USCIS site the day before he mailed it i'm guessing the 11/08 edition (i used a July edition, which was just fine). They wrote his rejection notice on the 19th of november. Doesn't make sense sometimes.
