The FBI says that only 6% of terrorists attacks in the US were committed by Muslim Extremists therefore other races/groups are more of a problem (for example, extreme left wing groups committed 24% of attacks while latinos committed 42% of attacks)

OIC, I revised my vote to include that statement. The question is very vague though. I feel like if you don't agree with this statement, you either think that the FBI is lying or else you don't agree with their definition of terrorism.

Terrorism is a veeeerrrryy wide term. PETA is on the FBI's terror watch list, as they should be. "the calculated use of violence (or the threat of violence) against civilians in order to attain goals that are political or religious or ideological in nature; this is done through intimidation or coercion or instilling fear" - that's a very broad definition. Punishment should fit the crime. Death is too easy a punishment - the convicted knows he won't have to suffer anymore. And in the case of extremist Muslim terrorists, they are taught that they will die as martyrs for Allah. SO, killing them specifically gets nothing done imo. It would be like killing a Kamikaze pilot (if his flight didn't do it for him).
