Hi all,

Can anyone answer this for me? I have had a timeline here and finally just became a member today, as I'm becoming frustrated by the long wait...I sent in the application for my Lobo's K-1 visa on June 30, 2010, and received the hard copy NOA 1 approval on July 12th, 2010. Since then, no word. I've tried calling once and simply got a recorded message saying that the application is in progress.

From some other posts I've read here, it seems that you can receive electronic messages from USCIS advising of the status of the application, which would be helpful. How do I get them to do this for me??

Thanks for any answers....

Francesca
