I 864 Help me its urgent

I have filed I 130 for husband my case is forwarded to NVC.

Now its time for I864 (I am already behind)

Sinse I work part time I dont make much amount.So I will need my cousins sponsor he is making around 80K+ yearly. My cousin he is married and he has 2 daughter both are under 10yrs old.

So on AOS:

I-864 will be filed by me (Petitioner)

I-864 will be filed by my cousin(joint Sponsor)

I-864A will be filed by cousins wife (Joint sponsor) they file income tax together.

On the my Part of the I-864:

Part 1: I. my name

check on [A] "I am the Petitioner"

Part 2 : My husbands information

Part 3: # 8 I will check on the box and will check "YES"

Part 3 : # 10 [01] for the beneficiary

Part 4 : my information

Part 5 : [01] on A, [01] b and [02]

Part 6 : #24 b do I have to put my cousins information there. Please help me on this one.

Part 6 : do i have check on (d)since we dont share same household like we dont live together.(he is my cousin)

05/28/2010 Received hard copy of NAO1

10/20/2010 Received hard copy of NAO2

NVC

11/01/2010 Called NVC got NVC case#

11/07/2010 Paid $88 AOS Fees

11/14/2010 Paid $404 IV Fees

11/17/2010 Package of information generated PSU3

12/07/2010 Mailed AOS Packet

12/16/2010 AOS Package entered into the system

12/29/2010 AOS package reviewed and Okay as per the operator (big relief)

12/24/2010 DS-230 package mailed form India (Stuck into the Customs from 29th Dec )

01/08/2011 Received DS-230 package from India

01/10/2011 IV (DS-230) package sent to the NVC via express mail

01/11/2011 IV package delivered at NVC @ 11:01 AM

01/13/2011 IV package entered into the system

01/31/2011 SIF!!!

01/31/2011 Case Completed as per the operator.

02/01/2011 Wedding Anniversary

02/01/2011 CC as per AVR

02/10/2011 Interview date assigned

02/14/2011 Package left to the Consulate

02/28/2011 Medical done

03/10/2011 Interview @ 7:30 am APPROVED

One thing, the cousins wife only needs to sign the I-864A if you plan on using HER income as well as her husband. The fact they file joint returns is irrelevant, you just write the info from his W2 on the forms.
